Registration
Complete the registration form below to secure your place. A conference registration ticket includes: conference entry with lunch for five days, welcome reception, and gala dinner (if selected on the registration form). Registration fees and deadlines are:
Early bird
Student: $120
Standard: $190
Deadline: November 1, midnight GST
Regular Tickets
Student: $170
Standard: $240
Deadline: December 15, midnight GST
Financial support is available through a limited number of Strings 2025 Fellowships that cover all registration fees and include travel and lodging support. You can select to be considered for the fellowship on the registration form. You will be asked to submit a brief cover letter, your CV with a list of publications, and the name of a supervisor or senior colleague that will prepare a reference letter. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION.

Scholarships Office (SCO). The SCO,
established in 1999, provides opportunities
for academically distinguished Emirati
students to obtain both undergraduate and
postgraduate degrees at prestigious universities,
thus ensuring the growth and development of
qualified Emiratis, considered the mainstay
upon which the country’s present and future
depends.
