Poster Registration

We are accepting applications for poster presentations at the Strings 2025 conference. Applicants will be asked to submit an extended abstract summarizing their poster presentation. The submission deadline is November 8th. Successful applicants will get their lodging expenses covered by the conference.

Posters will be displayed throughout the week of the conference allowing for browsing during coffee and lunch breaks. There will be two dedicated poster sessions when presenters will be expected to be at their posters. To maximize reach of each poster, the Strings 2025 website will include short summary videos of each poster by the presenter alongside a copy of the poster.

The poster submission guidelines for successful applicants are:

  1. A printed A0 size poster (portrait) which will be presented in-person during the poster session.
  2. A short video of a brief summary of your poster up to 4 minutes long which will be uploaded on the Strings 2025 website alongside your poster.

The deadline to submit your poster application is November 8, 2024.

Once the submissions have been reviewed, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to upload the poster file and the accompanying video. The deadline for uploading the poster and the accompanying video is December 15, 2024.
